Register With The Practice?

If you are interested in registering as a patient, please apply directly in person to the reception desk.

A member of our reception team will ask you for your address. It is now a requirement that we ask for confirmation of your address by means of a utility bill. (If you are able to bring your medical card, this will help us to process your application.) The receptionist will confirm whether your address is within our practice's allocated area, as submitted and held by the Primary Care Trust. We invite patients joining the practice to attend a new patient medical with the practice nurse. This gives us the opportunity to take your medical history, check that your vaccinations are up to date and record any regular medication that you take.

Temporary Residents

If you have someone staying with you and they need to see a doctor, we will be happy to see them as a temporary resident. Please enquire at reception for details.

How Do I....
Change My Details?

It is very important that you notify us immediately if you change your name, address or telephone number in case we need to contact you. Please note that if you move outside the practice area, your doctor will ask you to register with a GP in your new area.
